Kayla Gallagher, MSN, RN, CNE

Kayla's first experience in the field was as a nursing assistant, while enrolled in nursing school. Upon graduating with her BSN, she went on to work in various adult care specialties. She assumed leadership roles as she served as charge nurse and preceptor for novice, new, and experienced nurses. She has a passion for providing patient centered care and fostering clinical judgment in others. 

 

Kayla continued to develop into a dynamic nurse educator. With over a decade of experience, an MSN focusing on nursing education, and CNE certification, she has been a pioneer in transforming traditional teaching methods into innovative, student-centered approaches. Driven by a passion for excellence, she provides instruction using multimodal approaches. Her commitment to individualized learning plans and mentorship has resulted in high student satisfaction and success.
