Our Story

The story of EducationRN's inception in 2024 is rooted in the shared experiences and passions of its founders, Fabi and Kayla. Their journey began at a university in Boston, where they first crossed paths as nursing professors. Despite their initial encounter and collaboration then, it wasn't until 2019 that they reunited, recognizing a mutual admiration for each other's teaching philosophies and goals. Their collaboration deepened in 2022 when they were assigned to co-teach a course. With a combined two decades of experience in nursing education, Fabi and Kayla harbored a shared belief in the transformative power of engaged and personalized learning experiences. They understood that fostering a dynamic and interactive educational environment could significantly impact their students' ability to thrive. Recognizing their complementary strengths and teaching styles, they embarked on a journey of innovation and creativity.
